Every certification below states its number, its exact scope and its validity. Read the scope carefully: it tells you precisely which products each certificate covers. That is what your inspector will check — so we put it on the page first.
§01 — Sistemas de gestión

Cómo verificar un certificado chino
Los tres certificados se pueden verificar en el sitio web de la Administración Estatal de Certificación y Acreditación de China (CNCA) en cnca.gov.cn utilizando los números de certificado anteriores. Recomendamos a los compradores verificar antes de hacer el pedido.

§02 — Certificación de producto (CCC)
CCC cubre nuestra gama de cables de construcción — y solo esa gama.
China Compulsory Certification applies to specific product categories. Ours covers the 60227 IEC series PVC-insulated building wires and flexible cords. It does not extend to power cables or medium-voltage cables — any supplier claiming blanket “CCC certified cable” for MV products is misrepresenting the system.

§03 — Evidencia de ensayo de tipo

§04 — Cómo probamos, tambor por tambor
Pruebas de rutina, de muestra y de tipo — las tres capas.
Cada tambor, sin excepciones
Resistencia DC del conductor, resistencia a la tensión, prueba de chispa de la cubierta, verificación de pantalla metálica, dimensiones de construcción, marcado. El informe de rutina viaja con el tambor.
Cada lote de producción
Partial discharge (MV), insulation thickness & eccentricity, armour coverage, mechanical properties of insulation and sheath.
Cada construcción nueva
Flexión + tensión, ciclado de carga, tensión de impulso — presenciado por laboratorios de terceros acreditados por CNAS antes de que una construcción entre en producción.
§05 — Inspección de terceros
Envíe a su inspector — abriremos la planta.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek and CCIC inspections are routine for our export orders. Pre-shipment inspection typically covers construction verification against the PO, routine electrical tests, marking and drum condition. Factory audits are welcome with two weeks’ notice.
