Cable engineered for the grid,
built in our own factory.
XLPE power cable from 0.6/1 kV to 26/35 kV, control cable, mineral-insulated and fire-resistant cable, building wire and optical fiber cable — manufactured in Liaocheng, Shandong, and type-tested against IEC and GB standards.
Product programme: XLPE-insulated power cable · control cable · irradiation cross-linked cable · mineral insulated cable · flame-retardant & fire-resistant cable · aerial insulated cable · ACSR · optical fiber cable
WHY LULIAN — THE FACTORY BEHIND THE CABLE
One factory owns every step your cable passes through.
Drawing, stranding, insulation, armouring and sheathing run on our own lines in Liaocheng. Process parameters stay under our control — not a subcontractor’s.
Routine tests on 100% of drums: conductor resistance, AC withstand, partial discharge ≤ 10 pC at 1.73 U₀. Test records ship with the cable.
LV, MV, control, fire-resistant, rubber and fiber optic cable from one works — mixed projects ship on one document set.
OEM marking, fumigated drums, third-party inspection and complete test documentation — packed for the port, not the warehouse.
§01 — PRODUCT FAMILIES
Start with the cable.
Refine it to your project.
Every family below links to construction-level detail: conductor, insulation, screen, armour, sheath, standards and test values — not marketing paragraphs.

Pick your system voltage.
Each voltage page carries its own IEC 60502-2 insulation thickness, routine test voltage, partial-discharge point and impulse level — the values your inspector will check.
§03 — PROOF, NOT ADJECTIVES
A third-party type test report you can actually read.
Most factory sites say “strict quality control”. We publish the measured values: our WDZC-KYJY LSZH control cable passed a complete type test against GB/T 9330-2020 at a CNAS-accredited national lab.

§04 — MANUFACTURING & TESTING
Real lines, real lab,
real routine tests.
Triple-extrusion dry-curing CCV for medium voltage, in-house electrical lab, routine test on every drum. Photos below are from our own facility in Liaocheng.

Nine steps from incoming conductor to tested, packed drum — photographed on our own floor in Liaocheng. Every cable leaves with a routine test report; ask for the factory audit package.
§05 — APPLICATIONS
Where our cable goes to work.
Six industries, each with its own conditions and selection logic — see the solution pages.
Utility distribution
6–35 kV feeders, ring mains and substation connections — the core of our export volume.
Industrial intake
Primary supply to factories, mines and process plants with own step-down substations.
Buildings & infrastructure
Building wire, LV power, LSZH and fire-resistant cable for tunnels, metros and public buildings.
Renewable energy
Wind farm collection, solar plant feeders and BESS connections at 10–35 kV.
Power grid communication
ADSS, OPGW and OPPC for transmission-line communication and protection signalling.
FTTH & telecom
GYTA / GYTS / GYTA53 duct and direct-buried optical cable up to 576 cores.
§06 — ENGINEERING BRIEFS
How cable decisions get made.
Selection logic with the numbers shown — the same information your inspector will ask for.
11 kV three-core armoured cable for an urban distribution extension
185 vs 240 mm² logic, voltage-drop economics, PD control, drum plan and a ready-to-copy RFQ checklist.
LV vs MV vs HV cable — where the boundaries actually sit
IEC voltage bands, typical constructions and which one your system needs.
Flame-retardant vs fire-resistant — and where LSZH fits
Three different properties that are constantly confused in specifications.
§07 — START THE CONVERSATION
Send the cable schedule.
We confirm the construction in 24 hours.
The clearer the specification, the faster the technical confirmation. If you only know the application, send that — we will propose the construction with the ampacity basis shown.
